Every tutorial in the Lace Library is created by Love Your Laces in Glasgow, Scotland. We physically lace each style ourselves, photograph the steps and film the method so you can see exactly how it works on a real shoe.

We’re building the Library as a practical resource for anyone who wants to learn more about shoelaces and lacing - from classic everyday methods and decorative designs to different ways of lacing shoes for comfort, fit and sport.

As the Library grows, we’ll continue adding new lacing tutorials, practical shoelace advice, tips and a little of the fascinating history behind the humble shoelace.
